Onecard rewards more than 350,000 New Zealanders every year with Rewards cash vouchers that can be spent in any Countdown, Woolworths or Foodtown supermarket. It's easy to collect Rewards points every time you shop.  

 

How points work

 

For every $10 you spend in any one transaction, you collect one point when you swipe your Onecard. So, if you spend $100 you collect 10 points, spend $200 to collect 20 points and so on.

Every 200 points you collect gives you a $15 cash voucher, so if you accrue 400 points you'll receive a Rewards voucher to the value of $30. The more points you collect, the more Rewards vouchers you receive.

Rewards vouchers are sent out four times a year in February, May, August and November. Make sure you receive the Rewards vouchers you deserve by updating your address details if you move house.

You can check how close you are to achieving a Rewards voucher every time you visit our website. Once you've logged in, you'll find your personal points tracker on the right hand side of each page. Use it to target your Rewards goal.

Bonus points

Shopping smart by buying products that offer Bonus points helps you get to your Rewards cash voucher target quicker. An item with no Bonus points will give you one point for every $10 spent. The same item with five Bonus points attached will earn you five extra points without any extra cost. So every time you buy a product with Bonus points you are fast-tracking your way to cash vouchers. Look for the specially marked items in-store and in our mailers. Our Onecard Windback mailers, in particular, are packed full of Bonus point offers.

Link cards to get to your Rewards faster


By linking each of the cards in your household, your Rewards points are pooled so you can achieve a cash voucher even faster. Whether you're a family, a couple or in a flat, when you link your cards you nominate a primary card holder. Points you earn go into the primary card holder's account. Rewards cash vouchers are sent out with each linked card holders name printed so any of those named can use them. To link your Onecard with a member of your household, phone 0800 40 40 40.
