My emails go to the Junk folder, what should I do?
Progressive Enterprises employs an email reputation monitor to
ensure all emails sent by Onecard adhere to the general
requirements for best practice email marketing. This reputation
monitor is part of a worldwide organisation that includes major
ISPs (internet service providers) and ESPs (email service
providers) as well feedback from anti-spam filter applications
(e.g. McAfee ).
This means that any email sent by Progressive Enterprises has
been reviewed against the major ISPs, ESPs and rated for spam
filtering from the major anti-spam filter applications.
If you're using Microsoft Outlook to view your emails and you
find your Onecard emails are going into your junk folder directly,
you just need to add the email address to your safe senders
list.
To do this in Microsoft Outlook, you can choose to add the email
domain name to your safe senders list by accessing from the top
menu under Actions/Junk Email.
The set up of safe senders differs between email applications
(e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail).
For information about how to add a safe sender to your contacts
with some of the major email providers, please visit the links

Why choose HTML emails?
HTML is a programming language that enriches your internet
experience - allowing for images, colour and design to be displayed
within an email.
HTML emails from Onecard include images with products and price
points, providing you with the opportunity to see photos of the
products on special.
But most of all, it's a nicer way to read emails.
HTML emails do require images to be downloaded, which can
sometimes be a problem for dial-up users. If you are using a
dial-up internet connection and want to be able to view your emails
faster, you can choose to get 'text' emails instead.
Set your email preference type here (you'll need to log in
first).
